Introduction to the Online Angle and Radian Converter

Angle conversion, a common example of the sexagesimal system (base-60).

It is defined that 1 degree of an angle is 1/360 of a full circle. Using degrees as a unit to measure angles is called the sexagesimal system.

Note that "degree" is a unit, not "1 degree", because a unit is the standard measure of something.
